4 Week Complete Beginners Yoga Course

Free Taster 7-8pm Wednesday 31st January 2018

Course dates: 7-8.15pm Wednesdays  7th, 14th, 21st and 28th February 2018

In these weekly sessions we will explore the foundational principles of yoga.

* What is yoga?
* Working with the breath
* Principles of alignment
* Relaxation techniques

To ensure maximum individual attention, there will be no more than 10 participants

We will build up the practice week-by-week, encouraging improvement in posture, strength, flexibility, muscle tone, and general well-being.

Completion of this course should allow everyone to feel confident in attending the Level 1 and Open Level classes.

Try not to eat within 2 hours before a class as it can be uncomfortable. If you are hungry, try something light like a piece of fruit.

Wear comfortable stretchy/loose clothing. you may get hot and possibly cold, so bring a couple of layers.

It is hygienic and advisable to have your own yoga mat, although they are always available to borrow.

Let the teacher know of any injury or condition that may affect your practice.

Please avoid strong scents and perfumes.
