Community Flow Yoga

A thorough warm up gradually building into a deliciously flowing sequence, encouraging mobility, flexibility, stamina and strength. Variations will be offered for all levels in a non-competitive environment. All classes end with a deep and replenishing relaxation, calming the nervous system and quietening the mind.

Suitable  for anyone who’s ever done even a little bit of yoga before.

HALF PRICE for NHS / frontline workers or anyone on low income (no questions asked) £3.50

Please arrive at least 5 minutes early for all classes as latecomers may not be admitted once the class is underway.

Try not to eat within 2 hours before a class as it can be uncomfortable. if you are hungry, try something light like a piece of fruit.

Wear comfortable stretchy/loose clothing. you may get hot and possibly cold, so bring a couple of layers.

You will need a yoga mat. Although some prefer not to use them!

Let the teacher know of any injury or condition that may affect your practice.

Please avoid strong scents and perfumes.
