Introducing various techniques from Mindfulness and other meditation styles that can help you to manage stress and let go of unhelpful habitual thoughts, these short classes are suitable for anyone curious about Meditation and how it works.

Chair Yoga

This chair based class makes yoga accessible to anyone who is interested in learning to move and breathe in a gentle, mindful way, honouring their bodies no matter the physical challenges or limitations they may have. The class will include simple movements, adapted asana, breath awareness, meditation and relaxation.
