Suitable for those wishing to learn or revisit the foundational principles of yoga. We will explore breath, the basic postures linked in a flowing sequence, alignment and relaxation. Open to all.
A step up from level 1, assuming a functional understanding of the basic poses and introducing some more challenging variations including inversions and arm balances. This class is not for Beginners.
Suitable for anyone who has attended a yoga class before. This is a breath-led dynamic flowing class. Some basic experience will be assumed. Options will be offered for all levels although complete beginners are advised to attend a Level 1 Beginners class or course.
Learn how to be happier, alleviating anxiety, depression and insomnia, using Mindfulness and Yoga. We'll complete each session with the deep guided relaxation of Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep). Sessions can be booked individually or as a block. FREE TASTER 7pm Wednesday 31st October
An opportunity to drop in, reconnect to your body and reset your mind, in an oasis of calm amidst the bustle of workaday London. These short classes are suitable for all. No previous experience required.
Learn or revisit the foundational principles of yoga. We will look at the breath, safe alignment and relaxation techniques, encouraging improved posture, strength, flexibility, muscle tone, and general wellbeing. Starts Thursday 30th August for 4 weeks. FIRST CLASS FREE!
An ongoing drop-in class suitable for those wishing to learn or revisit the foundational principles of yoga. We will explore breath, basic postures, alignment and relaxation. A slower paced practice with lots of instruction.

This class is suitable for anyone who has attended a few yoga classes before and has a basic understanding of the foundational principles. It is a dynamic practice so a minimal level of fitness is required. Options will be offered for all levels. Not suitable for complete beginners.
For those looking to take their practice to a deeper level. This class assumes a functional understanding of the basic yoga poses and will introduce some more challenging variations, linked in a flowing sequence including inversions and arm-balances.

Suitable for all. Learn various Meditation techniques that can help you reset and recharge, manage stress and let go of unhelpful thoughts and habits. No experience necessary. Lotus pose optional.
