Level 1 Beginner

Suitable for those wishing to learn or revisit the foundational principles of yoga. We will explore breath, basic postures, alignment and relaxation.

Level 1-2 Improver/Open Level

A step up from level 1, assuming a functional understanding of the basic poses and introducing some new variations, though not as challenging as level 2. Open level classes will include options to suit all levels.

Level 2 Intermediate

This is a more challenging and strenuous class for those with some experience looking to delve deeper into their practice. Not suitable for beginners.

Meditation

Suitable for anyone, including beginners. Introducing various techniques from Mindfulness and other styles of Meditation that can help with managing stress and letting go of unhelpful thoughts and habits.

Suitable for anyone who has attended a yoga class before. Some basic experience will be assumed. Options will be offered for all levels although complete beginners are advised to attend a Level 1 Beginners class.
