7.30am sunrise tea/coffee
8am gentle morning stretching, breathing exercises and simple mindfulness techniques
10.15am A two hour dynamic Vinyasa Flow Yoga practice in the shade and gentle breeze of the seafront shala overlooking the beach
4.30pm we will retire to the mountainview shala, for a
gentler, more relaxing session of Yin and Restorative yoga. We might workshop inversions, hip or
shoulder openers, or perhaps explore the guided relaxation of Yoga
Nidra or some of the more esoteric/philosophical aspects of the practice.
6pm the sunset show begins
