8.30am: A LIGHT BREAKFAST AND MAYBE A LITTLE DIP IN THE OCEAN
10am: DYNAMIC FLOW YOGA ON THE BEACH FRONT YOGA DECK COOLED BY THE GENTLE OCEAN BREEZE
The afternoons are free to relax ON THE BEACH, snooze, stroll, ENJOY A MASSAGE OR EXPLORE the funky shops and cafes strung around the bay
4PM TEA AND TREATS
4.30pm: A GENTLE RESTORATIVE PRACTICE WILL LEAD US INTO A BREATHTAKING SUNSET AND A QUIET MOMENT OF CONTEMPLATION
7pm: MEET UP FOR DRINKS AND A FABULOUS dinner in convivial company at BAMBOO (INCLUDED IN PRICE) OR ONE OF THE MANY INEXPENSIVE LOCAL EATERIES (NOT INCLUDED).
There will be one day off to rest, explore other beaches and sights or take a dolphin trip. shopping is also popular, both here and nearby in Palolem.
