TYPICAL DAY (timings are approximate):
8am: An early morning practice: a little Pranayama
(breathing exercise) followed by Dynamic Flow Yoga with dina
10am: delicious home-cooked brunch
The days are free to relax by the pool, snooze, stroll, take a river trip to the beach or the village...
5.30pm: relaxing Yin and restorative yoga with pranayama and meditation
7pm: dinner in convivial company at the hotel
Food - Brunch and dinner are served in the Garden Restaurant. A varied and plentiful menu is offered, consisting of local dishes and
traditional Turkish cuisine.
Ingredients are sourced daily and locally
wherever possible and the dinner menu is supplemented by the daily
harvest of home grown vegetables from the hotel vegetable garden.
