Mindfulness: The practice of Embodied Awareness
What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention to our immediate embodied experience, in order to learn about, explore and understand ourselves better.
When we notice what we are thinking and feeling in the moment it is happening, we can grow our capacity to respond to life more appropriately and skillfully.
How can Mindfulness benefit you?
Studies suggest that practising mindfulness can increase feelings of happiness, alleviate anxiety and depression and aid stress management, improving our ability to concentrate, sleep and make decisions, as well as the quality of our relationships.

What previous participants say...
Dina creates a great environment for practice and is very inclusive and supportive, whilst infusing her unique character and style. I had some great Mindful moments
Dina’s long experience as a teacher is very much in evidence. She gives really clear, honest and funny examples from her own experience making it very relatable. I loved every class, felt both calm and inspired.
I enjoyed the Mindsyte Course immensely. Loved the guided meditation and also being able to discuss our experiences in such a relaxed and easy environment without feeling under any pressure to get anything ’right’.
During the yoga nidra practice I managed to forget about my troubles and when thoughts did float in, I didn’t react to them. I went home and slept better and for longer than I have done in a week. I can still feel the effect this morning! It’s magic.
