Energise your mind and body
The ‘Resourcing Resilience’ retreat offers a deeply restful 3-night stay to resource and explore personal well-being and self-care.
Through Mindfulness practices, gentle restorative Yoga, Creative & Nature-based enquiry & group support, we will explore and deepen into how we can best support ourselves in our work & lives as well-being providers.
Who is this Retreat for?
The retreat is suitable for Psychotherapists, Counsellors, Body-workers, and any therapists and practitioners involved in offering well-being support to others in their work. The retreat will be particularly helpful to anyone who has suffered from burn-out and would like to integrate deeper practices for self-care in their life. No previous experience of Mindfulness or Yoga is necessary – the retreat is suitable for both beginners or those wishing to deepen into their practice.

- Learn or deepen into Meditation & Mindfulness techniques that can help you reset and recharge, manage stress and let go of unhelpful thoughts and habits.
- Find deep relaxation in the gentle practice of Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra, also known as ‘The Yoga of Sleep’.
- Be nourished by the beauty of the natural surroundings and learn through nature-based practices and enquiry..
- Explore themes of self-care, burn-out and resilience within a supportive group context, skillfully held by experienced facilitators.

- Share delicious, lovingly prepared meals together.
“We had such a lovely time and relished the indulgence in yoga and relaxation. we wanted to thank you all for making it such a smooth and wonderful experience, everything just seemed to work. we’re both grateful for your efforts and your dedication to teaching and guiding.” Colin and Tea
“Such a warm, friendly, well organised four days. Great location, lovely people, yummy food and of course wonderful yoga with Dina. I will definitely be going again.” Janis
The house itself is spacious and elegant, with a famous spiral staircase leading to a selection of grand bedrooms with views over the surrounding areas. There are two large group rooms for yoga and meditation practice, and lots of cosy nooks and crannies to hang out. A historic and memorable venue and one of my favourites.
“I went on this retreat last year and came home transformed. Dina’s yoga classes gave my body the tune-up it needed. The house and gardens are beautiful, the food was all either grown in their (amazing) walled garden, or locally produced, and organic, delicious and plentiful. Daily meditation sessions took care of my mind. Totally recommend.” Caroline Kenmore
