Complete Beginners Yoga: 4 Week Course

Learn or revisit the foundational principles of yoga. We will look at breath, safe alignment and relaxation techniques, encouraging improved posture, strength, flexibility and general wellbeing. Wednesdays 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th February 2020

Dynamic Flow Yoga at Goldendoor Studio

An on-going drop-in class suitable for those wishing to learn or revisit the foundational principles of yoga. We will explore breath, the basic postures linked in a flowing sequence, alignment and relaxation. Open to all.

Dynamic Flow Yoga at Goldendoor Studio

Suitable for anyone who has attended a yoga class before. This is a breath-led dynamic flowing class. Some basic experience will be assumed. Options will be offered for all levels although complete beginners are advised to attend a Level 1 Beginners class or course.

Wellness & Mindfulness 4 week Course

7-8.30 Wednesdays 2020 dates TBC

Learn how to manage stress, sleep better and feel happier, using Mindfulness and Yoga. We'll complete each session with the deep guided relaxation of Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep). Sessions can be booked individually or as a block of 4 consecutive weeks from 6th March.

An opportunity to drop in, reconnect to your body and reset your mind, in an oasis of calm amidst the bustle of workaday London. This class is makes yoga accessible for all and aims to be inclusive. No previous experience required.

Yoga Level 2 Improver

Dynamic Flow Yoga at Goldendoor Studio

A step up from level 1, assuming a functional understanding of the basic poses and introducing some more challenging variations including inversions and arm balances. This class is not for Beginners.

An ongoing drop-in class suitable for those wishing to learn or revisit the foundational principles of yoga. We will explore breath, basic postures, alignment and relaxation. A slower paced practice with lots of instruction.

Open Level

Thursdays / Saturdays 10-11.15am

This class is suitable for anyone who has attended a few yoga classes before and has a basic understanding of the foundational principles. It is a dynamic practice so a minimal level of fitness is required.  Options will be offered for all levels.  Not suitable for complete beginners.

 

Level 2

Tuesdays 7-8.15pm

For those looking to take their practice to a deeper level. This class assumes a functional understanding of the basic yoga poses and will introduce some more challenging variations, linked in a flowing sequence including inversions and arm-balances.

Chair Yoga

Wednesdays 9.45-10.45am

Accessible yoga for anyone interested in learning to move and breathe in a gentle, mindful way, honouring their bodies no matter any physical challenges or limitations. The class will include simple movements, adapted asana, breath awareness, meditation and relaxation.
