An on-going drop-in class suitable for those wishing to learn or revisit the foundational principles of yoga. We will explore breath, the basic postures linked in a flowing sequence, alignment and relaxation. Open to all.

Dynamic Flow Yoga at Goldendoor Studio

Suitable for anyone who has attended a yoga class before. This is a breath-led dynamic vinyasa flow class. Some basic experience will be assumed. Options will be offered for all levels although complete beginners are advised to attend a Level 1 Beginners class or course.

Community Flow & Restore

Goldendooor Studio online via Zoom

Reset and recharge with 40 minutes of breath-led, stretchy flowing yoga to mobilise and strengthen muscles and joints, followed by calming and restorative relaxation and Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation) to settle the mind and nervous system. Open to all. NHS / frontline workers or anyone on low income (no questions asked) HALF PRICE.

Feisty Flow Level 2 Online

Dynamic Flow Yoga at Goldendoor Studio

Dynamic Vinyasa Flow Yoga. A step up from level 1, assuming a functional understanding of the basic poses and introducing some more challenging variations linked in a flowing sequence including inversions and arm balances. This class is not for Beginners.
