Yoga Teachers Workshop: Flow Sequencing

Are you already teaching flow sequences but need a little support, or perhaps you’d love to teach in a flowing style but not sure where to start?
As Flow teachers, we’re always looking for new ways to upgrade and inspire our creative sequencing. In this half day workshop we will look at building intelligent sequences that can be fired up or toned down depending on the length, level and nature of the class.
We’ll begin with a Flow class, which will lay the foundation for our afternoon discussions and explorations.

“I found it so helpful and definitely learnt a lot. Can’t wait to play around with some of the stuff” Davina Huggins
“Amazing and thought provoking…helping to understand the process of planning and organisation and how to look at a pose in different way to weave into a class. I left feeling excited and empowered” Billy Bilton
“It was fantastic. You are so inspirational. Thanks for being so kind, warm, creative and cool” Rebecca Cheesman
This workshop will be invaluable for those who are already choreographing their own flows but feel they could use a little more inspiration, as well offering lots of ideas on how to get going for those who are just starting out.
We will dissect the morning class: brainstorming, discussing and considering all aspects of the sequence. The experience will be tailored to those present, playing around with eachothers’ suggestions and building our own sequences together, to create a fully interactive and immersive experience for everyone.
You will be given tools, tips and useful advice gleaned from 20 years of experience in teaching a flowing style of yoga and after a short break during the afternoon, an opportunity to gather in small break-out groups to create your own flow sequences.
Handouts and a recording of the morning class will be provided but bring a notebook too!!
