For anyone looking to explore the deeper dimensions of yoga. Join two Senior Teachers for a long weekend of self-discovery, learning and rejuvenation amidst the serene beauty of the Devon countryside.

I’m teaming up with Norman Blair, offering a combined 50 years of teaching experience at the glorious  Sharpham House, a tranquil haven nestled in the heart of nature.  This Grade 1 listed Georgian mansion is set in beautiful gardens, surrounded by a parkland designed originally by Capability Brown, offering calming views over the River Dart (and wild swimming), in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Norman: The Five Elements (or Phases) and how this can enhance life and practice.
Dina:  Menopause and other life transitions: Theming and sequencing classes to support change.

Saturday:
Norman: How to be Involved in the World: exploring connectivity in our practice and in daily life.
Dina: SleepWell: Using Pranayama, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra plus energising practices to address common sleep disorders

Personal time: Afternoons are free to relax, enjoy one of  the many amazing walks or visit Totnes

Sharpham Estate is three miles outside Totnes on the edge of Ashprington village.

DIRECT TRAINS to TOTNES run from London, Birmingham, and the North. The journey time by train is less than three hours from London Paddington via GWR (www.GWR.com) and under four hours from London Waterloo.

Trains to Totnes are on the Exeter, Plymouth and Penzance lines. Totnes railway station is a 5 minute walk from the town.

Totnes is approx 45-60 minutes walk from Sharpham House (it’s a beautiful walk)

Cycling takes about 25 minutes.

Taxi from Totnes Station would be around 15 minutes and we can organise taxi shares from the station to reduce costs.
