It’s all about feeling into our practice rather than making shapes. We’ll look at breathing and calming the nervous system before warming up all the major joints and muscle groups. Breaking down some of the foundational yoga poses with detailed instruction, introducing the idea of building them into a slow flow.
We’ll complete our practice with a long, luxurious and nourishing relaxation.
